The Delpero Family

In 1978, the three Delpero brothers purchased a piece of land on the outskirts of the Tonale Pass to make their dream of opening a hotel come true.
A few years later the dream was realized, the Hotel Sporting finally opened its doors on the 20th of December 1980. The first seasons were characterized by prevailing summer work thanks to the excellent conditions of Presena glacier where people go who even in the summer can't do without the snow.
Later the Tonale Pass grew also on the winter front and little by little the three brother took different paths. The hotel run by Gemmi, Beatrice and later by Francesco as well, has always maintained the typical character of the family management that makes the touristic experience that much richer... In sum, you arrive as guests and leave as friends!
