Dear guests, the Delpero Family and all the staff warmly welcome you to the Sporting hotel. This little leaflet has been thought to provide you all the information you may need during your stay, but do not hesitate to contact us at the information desk for any further request.

ECO FRIENDLY HOTEL: We pursue our purpose through a careful choice of suppliers, building insulation, installation of energy-saving lighting fixtures, water flow reducers, thermal solar panels and production of electricity from renewable sources. To give us a hand we suggest: Do not overdo the heating, also to protect your health. Close the windows when the heating is on. Unplug the devices once charging is complete. Do not leave the chargers plugged into the sockets. When leaving the room, remember to turn off all lights and electrical appliances. When available, use natural light. Use the towels provided more than once. When you want your towels changing, leave them in the washbasin. Turn off the taps when you don’t need running water (for example while you brush your teeth or soap up). In general, leave the taps on only when you actually need running water. If you notice a leak, notify reception immediately.
The tourist tax (2€ per person from 14 years old and upwards per day), the sale of the cap (3€) and the rental of bathrobes (8€+10€ deposit) are NOT included, but if you want you can bring your own.
For ecological reasons (AND SINCE WE DO NOT HAVE DISPOSABLES SLIPPERS) please bring your own bath ones.

RECEPTION/BAR: The reception will be glad to help you in this schedule 7.30-12, 12.30-19 and 19.30-22.30. To contact the reception dial “9” from your room telephone. It is not possible to pay at the hotel bar and SKY pool bar, extras will be charged on the room, schedule of hotel bar is 5.30-11pm, in other hours only Bar of Gazana is open.

CHECK IN/OUT: rooms will be available within 4 pm, you are kindly requested to leave them before 10 am of your departure date.

RESTAURANT: the entrance time to restaurant is:

BREAKFAST: from 7.30 am to 9.30 am
LUNCH (self): from 12 pm to 3 pm in Gazana Bar, 15% discount showing room key card
DINNER: from 7.30 pm to 8.45 pm

Children can serve themselves at the baby buffet or order the adult menu. Regarding the typical evening (usually on Thursday, on this evening it is possible for children to have dinner at the pizza party with the animators (upon communication to the head of the room by the previous evening). Every evening you will be asked to fill in the menu for the next day, please do so. It is forbidden to bring food outside the restaurant (for example fruit, nutella, jams and sandwiches). Showing the room key card you will get a 15% discount on the lunches purchased at Gazana, discount is not valid on beverages.

ROOMS: Our staff will tidy up your room every day (unless the appropriate tag is affixed). It is forbidden to smoke into the rooms and in the bathrooms, violators will be immediately expelled from hotel. At your arrival please verify that the radiator valves in your room are completely open (they should be turned anticlockwise). Every room has a thermostat and you can modify temperature of the room from 18 to 22° Celsius (21° when client is not in the room). When you leave the room, please remove key card (otherwise we will not be able to enter in the room to tidy it up). An energy plug with different colors from the others (normally located on the desk) allows you to recharge devices when you are not in the room.

The INDOOR swimming pools are available to adults and children and are open every day (attention, the lights turn off automatically at 7.10 pm). The use of a swimming cap and towel is mandatory (please use the striped towels that you will find in the room, the first daily change is free, from the second change €3 per piece) but not the white bathroom towels, the sale of the swimming cap costs €3, the rental of the bathrobe €8 per change + €10 deposit, except for some suites that have the first change included). THE SKY SPA only adults (in the saunas and Turkish baths it is mandatory to access WITHOUT a swimsuit) and the SKY POOL (obligatory access WITH a swimsuit but without a swimming cap) are reserved for adults.
For massages and beauty services in case of cancellation they will still be charged unless you communicate it at least 48 hours in advance.

GYM: Children can access the gym only if accompanied by an adult.

GARAGE AND PARKING: garage is free and opens with the room card (access is possible ONLY from 7am to 11pm, outside of these times it is not possible to enter/exit as it is closed and with an alarm activated, in case of arrival/departures in the above time please leave your car outside and use the night entrance/exit on floor -1 following the yellow corridor). From garage 2 is possible to access through an uphill on the left side to the huge garage 3 where you will certainly find a place; It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to park in the central row of all garages. As an alternative, you can park in front of the hotel on the upstream side (downstream is prohibited stop).

TV: Except fo rooms 700 and 800, please only use HDMI input because both digital terrestrial and SKY channels are visible only there, on channel 88 you will find informative videos about the hotel, its services and the resort.

NIGHT ACCESS/EXIT: hotel bar, reception and ALL common zones close at 11.30 pm (even before if there are no clients), after this time clients are kindly asked to leave all the common zones. If you wish to enter or exit the hotel after that time, please bring your key or card with you (the main entrance will be closed). For all rooms except 700 and 800, you can access the hotel from the wooden door just next to the garage 1 (the east one). Door opens with code (9999, dial it and open the door when you hear the sound). For rooms 700 and 800 night entrance is from the white door of ski room at the back of the hotel

INTERNET: available for free (with minimum bandwidth) throughout the hotel (except the Saunas and Acquapark areas) via the "WiFiSporting" wireless network. To use it, please first access the network, then try to browse and you will be automatically redirected to a registration page via "Facebook like" or registration via email address (self service access).

SKI LOCKERS: every room has a ventilated (from midnight to 7am) locker where you can leave and dry all your ski or snowboard equipment. It is strictly forbidden to access the hotel with ski boots on and to bring ski/snowboard equipment in the rooms.

ENTERTAINMENT AND MINI CLUB: the mini club is available every day from 9 am to 7 pm (under request, there is the possibility to have lunch (to be paid extra) with our animators), and from 8.30 pm to 10.30 pm (after the baby dance, we will be glad to entertain you with activities for both adults and children). There is the possibility to accompany children to collective courses and to take them back (ONLY possible for lessons with EVOLUTION SKI SCHOOL, meeting 30 minutes before at reception) and to have lunch with entertainers (meeting at 1.25 pm at the reception desk).

NON SKIER PROGRAMME: You will find it posted on our notice board, you will be accompanied by Checco

SKI LIFT FACILITIES AND SLOPES: the ski lifts facilities are open are open from 8.30 to 16.30 (some until 16.45). Every Tuesday and Thursday the slope Valena will open at night from 8.30 pm till 11.30 pm. You can use your skipass (if it’s validity is at least 3 days) or buy the night ski pass for 10 €.

SKI SHUTTLE BUS: for those not able to ski on the blue slope “Valbiolo” (the nearest to the hotel) there is a shuttle service, NOT ORGANIZED BY THE HOTEL that will bring you to the easiest slopes. The mini bus will come every 13-20 minutes (see the schedule at the notice board).

EQUIPMENT FOR RENT: our guests have a 10% discount at the rent store “Noleggio by Maestri” (50 meters left from the hotel on the corner near the big parking).

SKI SCHOOL: The group and individual lessons are provided by the ski Evolution school, you can book at offices behind the hotel, near the Magic Pub or directly in hotel every Saturday and Sunday evening (after dinner) with ski teachers.

EARLY DEPARTURE OR LATE ARRIVAL: as per the conditions in the offer accepted at the time of booking, we remind you that the agreed amount must be paid in full regardless of late arrival or early departure and regardless of the absence of one or more people.
