Starting off from the sports field we go along the flat trail for 20 minutes until we reach a crossroads with the road that leads to the Presena river bed. This trail, with a mild incline, leads to the departure point of a lift at 2184 mt., from here on we continue along the trail, easy in the beginning with the last part on stones and more demanding for around 1 hour and 45 minutes.
In these three and a half hours of hiking we go from vegetation to tall forest trees to a wooded area of mostly alder trees, to then arrive in an alpine prairie full of rhododendrons in blossom from mid-June to July. Next we reach the moraine of the glacier and, finally, tired but satisfied in both body and spirit, our destination, the Paradiso Pass. The return trip can is possible both by taking the same way back or by going down with the lift.
